KE Shake Away™ Plus Vibration Isolation Pads, were designed specifically for high efficiency washers and dryers, including front load, top load, combo and stackables rotate at an average speed of 1200 RPM’s and above, which is twice the speed of conventional top load washing machines. This can cause vibration and washers walking in the home. KE Shake Away™ PLUS pads contain 3 layers of custom blended neoprene and 2 layers of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene). This combination of materials prevents the transference of vibration to the floor by converting the mechanical energy of the vibration to heat energy and dispersing it evenly through the pad.

Every machine vibrates, causing systems and components to break down. By combining proper alignment and our vibration isolation-dampening pads, machines will reach peak performance. RPM’s can be increased to maximum levels.
Machine alignment alone cannot always resolve the problem. Sometimes even after a machine or piece of equipment is aligned, the building’s floor structure allows vibration to reverberate between the floor and the machine.
This is where the LP-13 Shake Absorber® steps in by providing an effective resolution to this problem. Using a custom blended neoprene and ABS or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, these pads convert mechanical energy into heat energy, and that in effect prevents the transfer of vibration between the floor and building structure.
The LP-13 Shake Absorber® comes in standard and custom sizes and in 3 thickness levels: 3/8”, ½” and ¾”.
Also available:
LP-13 Lite Cushion, which is the custom blended neoprene in sheet stock for leveling and aligning critical equipment. Shims can be cut to any size up to 22” x 40” in our Shore A 70+/- Durometer, and slightly larger in our Shore A 55+/- Durometer; both in thicknesses of 1/8” and ¼”. These shims cost less than conventional metal shims and can be stacked to achieve the proper height required. As a rule, metal shims do not increase the vibration isolation and dampening properties. Our LP-13 Shims provide additional vibration isolation, control and noise dampening.
